Automation consultant. Remove the work nobody should be doing.

Airtable, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Stripe and practical AI. Systems built for operational scale, not workarounds that break in three months. Scoped by someone who runs them across his own businesses every day.

ALREADY BUILT

Systems I have built and use.

Proof the capability is real. Each of these solves an operational problem off-the-shelf tools did not.

OPERATIONS

Airtable CRM and operations system

Client management, project tracking, invoicing triggers and reporting in one operational database instead of several disconnected tools.

CLIENTS

Custom client portals

Project status, document delivery, reporting dashboards and communication in one branded place, for agencies, NDIS providers and service businesses.

PAYMENTS

Stripe billing and invoicing

Subscriptions, one-off invoices and automated payments, connected by webhooks so a payment triggers the next step on its own.

SEO

A custom SEO Chrome extension

On-page data, meta information, headings and link metrics in one place, built to a specific internal workflow.

NDIS

NDIS provider compliance toolkit

Templates, frameworks and checklists for audit readiness, service agreements, incident reporting and participant documentation.

AI

AI integration

Content pipelines, automated briefs, internal knowledge bases and customer-facing tools, applied where they save real time.

More detail on each one: tools and software.

HOW A BUILD RUNS

Understand it, then build it.

The process is straightforward, and it starts with the problem rather than the tool.

1

Understand the problem

Where the manual work is, who does it, how often, and what breaks when it is missed.

2

Agree what the solution looks like

The tools, the data structure and the order to build in, written down before anything is built.

Fixed scope, agreed up front
3

Build it

By your team with my oversight, or through Core Creations if you want it done for you.

4

Deploy it

Live in the business and built to be maintainable, so it keeps working instead of needing a patch every few months.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Which tools do you work with?

Mostly Airtable, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Stripe, ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp, plus custom portals and AI tools where they earn their place. I recommend what fits the problem, not what is newest.

Do you build it, or just advise?

Both. I scope the system and the order to build it in. The build can be done by your team, or through Core Creations, the agency I founded.

Where does AI actually help a small business?

Usually in the boring places: drafting first versions of content and briefs, sorting and routing enquiries, and making internal knowledge easy to find. I apply it pragmatically, not experimentally.

We already use Zapier and it keeps breaking. Can you fix it?

Often, yes. Automations break when they are built as workarounds. The fix is usually a cleaner structure underneath, built for operational scale rather than patched every few months.

Can you build custom software if no tool fits?

Yes. Custom web apps, client portals, Chrome extensions and SaaS tools. FileGrab, a SaaS tool I built in-house, is one example.
