Who I Am

I Build Operating Ecosystems.

I'm Ray Breslin — an Australian founder, operator, and builder based in Sydney. My main focus is digital and tech — through Core Creations, a full-service agency covering web, SEO, software, automation, and marketing — alongside a business brokerage operation at Network Infinity. Beyond that: SaaS tools, media platforms, service businesses, events, luxury e-commerce, and community. Once you understand how systems work, the pattern repeats across industries and it becomes second nature to identify, build, and operate them.

Core Creations is the full-service digital and tech operation — web design, SEO, software development, IT, automation, marketing, and everything in between. Network Infinity is an Australian business brokerage operating nationwide, where I serve as Head of Marketing and General Manager.

Beyond those: two independent news publishing platforms (Break News and Breslin Media), a restaurant reviews platform (Saucy Spots), a live SaaS tool (FileGrab.io), a luxury fragrance brand (ScentRoom — now live), two Sydney service businesses (CamSafe and Breslin Pest Control), an MC events brand (Breslin MC), a Link Building Marketplace in development, and the Cumberland Tennis Association. All simultaneously. All operational.

What That Actually Means

Most people look at that list and ask how it's possible to run everything at once. The answer is systems. Every business I build gets the same treatment: a clear operational structure, automation where it makes sense, the right people in the right roles where required, and a digital infrastructure that makes the business findable and credible. When you've built the same underlying components — SEO, web infrastructure, automation, operations — across enough businesses, it gets faster. Patterns compound.

The breadth also creates genuine insight that's hard to replicate from inside one industry. When you've built a SaaS tool, a news platform, a brokerage, a service business, and a luxury brand — you start to see how they all connect. Domain authority from the media platforms feeds the SEO. The automation built for one business gets refined and deployed across five others. The brokerage knowledge informs the consulting. Nothing exists in isolation.

Sector Depth

One area where the expertise goes particularly deep is NDIS. Through Core Creations — working with NDIS providers on digital infrastructure, compliance systems, and marketing — and through Network Infinity's specialist brokerage work, I've built real inside knowledge of how this sector operates. Registration, pricing frameworks, audit readiness, valuation, and sale structures. It's useful depth to have, and it's been actively developed — not stumbled into.

How I Think

I don't separate "business strategy" from "execution". The strategy is only worth anything if it gets built. The build is only worth anything if it's built right. And built right means it works, it's maintainable, and it generates the outcome it was supposed to generate — not just on paper, but in the real world with real customers or users.

I'm direct. I call things what they are. I don't dress up problems, overstate capabilities, or waste people's time with vague strategy when what's needed is clear action. If you work with me, expect plain speaking, fast movement, and accountability on both sides.
